Spring Sugar and Sweet Surf

I was over skiing some spring sugar at Alpine Meadows earlier today and on the way back grabbed a picture of this unnamed surfer catching waves by Agate Bay. That ride looks oddly like an ironing board. Please Confirm. Also, I like a little starch in the collar.

  1. I am riding an alaia shaped by Jon Wegener. A finless solid wood board less than a half inch thick with no rocker or flotation like the ancient Polynesians used to ride. Template looks like an ironing board. Not the easiest thing to surf but definately the funest ride out there! Feels like snowboarding on waves. See you in the water. Mark
